Jack Torossian of Golden Bee Homes Inc. recently completed a renovation of our basement laundry room . He did an excellent job of transforming a 72 year old unfinished basement room into a light, bright, and well-appointed laundry room. The experience for us was very satisfactory because Jack:

• was honest about what could and could not be done to an old basement
• briefed us daily on what he had done.
• kept us informed about when he would return and what he would be doing next.

• quickly incorporated any changes which we wanted as the work progressed.
• was conscientious about searching for particular products we wanted to use.
