Initially scoped as a bathroom and laundry renovation, the project evolved into a full interior transformation, including the redesign of the kitchen and entry. New flooring, millwork, lighting, and finishes were introduced throughout, creating a consistent and elevated living environment.
Material selections were kept intentional and understated. Quartz surfaces, porcelain finishes, and custom-built elements bring durability, warmth, and a sense of quiet refinement to the space.
The bathroom serves as a key moment within the home — carefully detailed and resolved with a focus on both function and restraint. A custom-built compartment was integrated within the vanity to conceal a cat litter box, allowing for everyday practicality without compromising the overall design.
Execution
Working within the constraints of a condo structure required a measured and coordinated approach. Concrete walls limited electrical routing, and the project’s expanded scope called for thoughtful adjustments throughout. Through close collaboration between design and construction, the transformation was executed with clarity and precision.
The result is a space that feels considered, functional, and quietly elevated.
