Design Developer / Salesperson
Work directly with clients to bring their vision to life—from first conversation to final design. This role blends creativity and sales, guiding clients through layouts, features, and finishes while building strong relationships.
Architectural Technologist / Designer
Translate concepts into detailed drawings and buildable plans. You’ll collaborate with the team to develop smart, functional designs that meet codes, budgets, and client expectations.
Lead Carpenter
Lead projects on site with a focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship. You’ll oversee day-to-day construction, coordinate trades, and ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.
Carpenter
Support the construction team in building and finishing projects with precision and care. You’ll work hands-on across a variety of tasks, contributing to well-crafted, high-quality spaces.
